Rolling Deep

I love this look...if I could find all of it in RL, I'd get it!  Even the hair, so long as it wouldn't tangle into knots!  And I'd take the skin gladly too!

As far as inspiration...it would really have to go to the hair by Shag and the top by TokiD featured at the EPOCH event going on.  I'm going to have the outfit do the rest of the talking.  I was also listening to Adele, thus the title.

Tonight, We Are Young

I've been playing the song, "We Are Young," by Fun. on repeat for a bit. It is fun to sing along with and was a bit of the inspiration for this look along with the new mesh tops called, "KATE," by notsobad.  I can't say I'm a fan of the pants that they came out with as I'm not really into the heavy crotch look...but I do love this top!  The detail is outstanding including the texture that you can get a better glimpse of in the close-up head shot.

I paired the top up with League's Zipped Leather Pants in Faded Black and the new Triumph mesh boots by GOS.  Can't ever go wrong with League or GOS when it comes to quality!  I went to the SL Marketplace to pick up the boots in black.  I'm highly anticipating their next release!

Oleander hair is by !lamb.  I'm typically not one for bangs but love the texture in the bang edge.  The one down side to the hair was when I went to try and shrink it down slightly and found that I couldn't.  I'm sure I could find a fix about to change that...but didn't want to really mess with it.  I found that once I had the right color the size didn't matter as much.

Skin is by the body co.  It is their Ylang Ylang skin in tropez tone and I keep going back to it to use.  I decided to go with the full chic make-up tattoo layer with this look to keep it young but sophisticated.

The Mayfly Eyes are what I've been using as a standard lately and I haven't decided to change it up yet.

The poses are by Torridwear in the full shot (not sure if still available) and the other by LAP (close-up).  LAP (Long Awkward Pose) released some cute money poses at the Festival of Sin that I'm going to have to bring out to play with next!

Lil'bit Country & Lil'bit Rock n' Roll

I have never really wanted to own leopard print until I saw this top at the Festival of Sin fair.

It is the -[AddiCt]-Leopard's Rage Body Suit.  Once I completed my look, I felt like I gave country a lil rock n' roll!

If you're an age verified adult, I suggest checking out the Festival.Of.Sin (blog) and pick up a pair of GOS latest boots. I decided to not go with black and put a bit of a safari influenced look together.

There are some great finds in the crowd at the festival. Hopefully I'll have a chance to create some other looks.

Simple

Yes, I am a fan of mesh as you can see in this look.  But just because it is mesh, doesn't mean that you have to have something complicated to make it fabulous!  

But first with the shiny new stuff - Pink Fuel has this Alyx skin out for a limited time - [PF] Candy Hearts (Feb 14th-18th) so be sure to pick that up!

If you're part of the, "Mon Tissu Soiree" in-world group, you'll be lucky to have the group gift of some v-day lingerie that I'm sporting through this sleek top by Genre.  

I am so happy to see hair designers releasing mesh.  I'm quite impressed by the Jayney hair by Truth and can't wait to see what comes out next!

I saw this skirt blogged recently which put the Willow store on my map of new places to visit.  it's so nice to have sleek long skirts like this now available in world.  It makes me wonder what will come next after "mesh" but for now I'm just going to enjoy it and wear this look for a bit longer.

As for the rest, Mesh eyes by Mayfly have been a keeper as well as the latest Maitreya release.  I've used a lot of oOo Studio's couples poses as she has a great selection but I haven't used a lot of her single poses.  I do hope to show off her talent more in future posts.
